Working principle of high frequency induction heating equipment:
The strong magnetic beam with instantaneous polarity change is
generated in the high-frequency induction coil. The metal requiring
heat treatment is placed in the high-frequency coil, and the
magnetic beam will pass through the whole heated metal object. In
the interior of the induction heating object, a corresponding
strong eddy current is generated in the opposite direction to the
induction heating current. Because there is resistance in the metal
of induction heating, strong Joule heat energy is generated, and
the temperature of the induction heating object rises rapidly, so
as to achieve the purpose of heat treatment.
